Position Title: Executive, Event Management

Department: Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end process of events management including planning stage, implementing stage, post-event stage, and report.
• Support on implementing marketing campaigns/events to promote branding and products
• Ensures events are in line with company’s marketing strategy and attracts target audience.
• Do the report of the budget for events and marketing materials
• Initiate new ideas for future events
• Understand target audiences and assist teams to develop an event strategy that supports business goals
• Support events of other departments if needed
• Support the design and production of flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other printing materials used for marketing events
• Support on developing digital marketing campaigns and content creation to spread branding, generate leads for sale, and gain more followers on company’s social media pages
• Gathering feedback for future marketing ideas
• Do the administrative works
• Other tasks as assigned by line manager/Head of Department

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
At least 2-year working experiences in marketing or related field
• Working experiences in insurance industry is a plus
Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good at multitasking
• Strong self-accountability and result orientation
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Power Point.
Good in writing/speaking/listening English.
• Able to write/speak/listen Chinese is a plus.
