Job Purpose

This role is to support the Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) to achieve the set Key Performance Indicators with young target segment of sales force:

  • Sales Executive
  • NEWME (Next Entrepreneur Wealth Management Experience) – Internship Program for university students

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard Sales Executives and NEWME to achieve business goals.
  • To build sales DNA of insurance planners with effective training, activity management, and monitoring.
  • Manage, monitor and review sales team for their activities, productivity and recruitment.
  • To organize and present BOP (Business Opportunity Program), Career Talk, sales presentation or other events
  • Coach, guide, supervise, and Joint-Field-Work (JFW) with Sales Executives/NEWME.
  • Drive business activities and events in order to continuously generate leads and prospecting for sales team.
  • To build good connection relationship with local authorities and Universities for business activities.
  • Conduct daily morning meeting and evening meeting.
  • Weekly team meeting/Planning and Performance Review.
  • Motivate SE/NEWME through sales coaching and engagement.
  • Report weekly activates and other tasks assigned by CDO as and when is necessary.


  • Bachelor Degree and preferably in Sale, Insurance, Marketing, Economic, Business Management or related fields
  • At least 3-year working experiences in sale or related field
  • Working experiences in insurance industry is a plus


  • Ability to manage and work independently
  • Ability to think creatively and take initiative
  • Analytical skills and demonstrate positive attitude
  • Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Good behavior, hardworking, flexible, honest and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good at writing/speaking/listening in English
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft offices applications
  • Be able to travel.
