Function: China Entrepreneur Department

Location: Phnom Penh
Roles & Responsibilities
- Secure new business partners and enhance business relationships to drive new campaigns and initiatives in order to achieve business objectives of Group Insurance portfolio.
- Manage sales and customers campaigns in order build and develop new business
- Conduct business and post-launch reviews with business partners to present improvement plan and new initiatives
- Develop relationships with corporate/individual customers and to present products and help close sales
- Manage corporate/individual customer requests related to their policies and to provide proper servicing
- Set up meetings with potential clients and do fact finding in order to recommend the appropriate solutions
- Conduct market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships for renewal business and long-term partnership.
- Collate and maintaining client information in database.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sale and Marketing
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Entrepreneur spirit, can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility
- Hard-working team player, enthusiastic and adaptable
- Must be fluent in Chinese and Khmer; English mastery will be an added advantage
- Computer proficient in MS office and email
