Roles & Responsibilities

  • Secure new business partners and enhance business relationships to drive new campaigns and initiatives in order to achieve business objectives of Group Insurance portfolio.
  • Manage sales and customers campaigns in order build and develop new business
  • Conduct business and post-launch reviews with business partners to present improvement plan and new initiatives
  • Develop relationships with corporate/individual customers and to present products and help close sales
  • Manage corporate/individual customer requests related to their policies and to provide proper servicing
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and do fact finding in order to recommend the appropriate solutions
  • Conduct market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships for renewal business and long-term partnership.
  • Collate and maintaining client information in database.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Sale and Marketing
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Entrepreneur spirit, can-do attitude with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility
  • Hard-working team player, enthusiastic and adaptable
  • Must be fluent in Chinese and Khmer; English mastery will be an added advantage
  • Computer proficient in MS office and email
