Job Purpose
Insurance Advisor is confident and mature with positive attitude, be respectful, be mindful and growth mindset, always caring and understanding customer, be able to handle effectively all queries in professional manner. S/he must build effective relationships with bank staff and customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver individual business target
Present to all potential customers by providing consultant of life insurance products and sell the products to customer needed and wanted
Serve and assist existing and new customers by providing them after sales service and information regarding as company policies and procedures
Implement sales activities to meet customer’s need
Deal and work with Partnership Manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Build strong relation with bank staff, management in order to increase number of bank referral
Perform other duties/target as assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
Fresh graduated in Economic, Marketing, Banking, or related field
A minimum of one years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Service provider
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure, flexible, and initiative
Excellent presentation skills
English must be able to communicate
Computer literacy in Microsoft offices applications
Be able to travel
