Job Purpose
The Insurance Advisor – Travel Solutions is a confident and mature professional with a positive attitude. This role requires respectfulness, mindfulness, and a growth mindset, with a strong emphasis on caring for and understanding customer needs. The successful candidate will effectively handle all inquiries in a professional manner, build strong relationships with colleagues, and foster exceptional customer service and sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual business targets
- Present travel life insurance options to potential customers, particularly targeting Chinese travelers
- Provide comprehensive support, including after-sales service, and communicate information regarding company policies and procedures, including claims
- Implement sales activities tailored to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Perform other duties/targets as assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Chinese is required; knowledge of English is a plus
- A minimum of one year of experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-national environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
