Job Purpose
Manager-School Insurance Solution has strong business mindset and strong drive to deliver KPI with sales DNA. This individual is confident, mature, and maintains a positive attitude, while being respectful and mindful of the needs of others. They excel in providing care and understanding in all interactions and handle inquiries professionally.
The manager must have strong knowledge of private school management, networks and association, with ability to introduce insurance solution to school management and owners. Manager must effectively present and comprehend the needs of schools in order to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, school networks and cluster to offer insurance solutions:
- Create schools lists and approach schools as per KPI- both private and public schools
- Develop attractive insurance packages specifically for schools
- Develop strong understanding of student insurance solution and make market intelligence on school solutions
- Coordinate internal process for smooth onboarding and post sales servicing
- Establish robust performance monitoring for sales on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Provide regular reports to sales leadership, presenting options for performance improvement and new initiatives to drive sales
- Develop strategies to engage with school’s owners, network leaders and key influencers within education sector
- Demonstrate strong ability to achieve individual business targets
- Lead the sales team on a day-to-day basis, presenting life insurance products and consulting with potential customers to meet their needs or wants
- Work or collaborate cross-functionally to expedite processes with a customer-centric approach
- Ensure coverage completion by delivering policies and planning future follow-up visits to assess ongoing needs
Requirements
· Proven sales skills with a proactive and results-driven approach
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, and team leadership
· Experience in the education sector with a focus on partnership and corporate sales
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
· Exceptional presentation skills
· Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
· Competence in Microsoft Office applications
· Willingness to travel to various provinces as necessary
